Taittiriya Upanishad
Taittiriyopanisad
Taittiriya Upanishad gives departing students a direct ethical charge, speak the truth, practice dharma, then models the self as five nested sheaths running from the physical body to breath, mind, and understanding, concluding that Brahman's own nature is best described as ananda, bliss.
